The stylists were very accommodating and my hair is the colour i wanted it to be, however my hair is fried and is breaking off. It may have been the straightening part that did that, the stylist ( unintentionally) pulled my hair really hard when doing my hair, i couldn’t say anything at that time because well, i felt bad( my own fault, i know) but overall it was good

My daughter was booked in for a haircut and blow dry, which was all fine but she missed the dry hair consultation that other salons usually do before cutting. They went straight to washing her hair and then asked what she wanted
