Nosheen was very friendly and welcoming and I enjoyed being in the salon with her. I was pleased with my haircut in the salon, however since washing my hair, my hair is not the same texture as it was before my haircut and my curl pattern has disappeared, leaving my hair straw like and straight. I can smell my burnt hair in the shower which I presume is from the straighteners she used on the ends of my hair. I am very upset for my hair being left in such poor condition.

It was my first time having an appointment at Iglow beauty parlour and it was a very pleasant experience. The ladies at the salon knew what they were doing and did an amazing job with my hair. My next appointment will be hair colour and I have spoke to them and they have been very informative. Very neat and good vibe.
