I booked in the morning and received a text stating that they closed earlier but they were willing to wait for me to finish work which was a bonus! I had booked for a blow dry instead of a cut by mistake but this was also sorted out and I received one of the best hair cuts I have ever had will definitely be a return customer would recommend to anyone.

It’s a daunting time to get a haircut but the salon had been cleaned thoroughly and hand sanitiser was available. There were no other customers or staff in. Pressy was friendly and chatty. Her mask kept slipping though! She has done a wonderful job of my hair and I’m very happy.

I booked online through your portal and paid Via PayPal. I then got told I couldn’t be fit in and that they wouldn’t refund my money, that I have to approach Treatwell for it. This left a very sour taste and I wouldn’t dream of using there services after this. I shouldn’t be chasing around to get my money back after they cancelled on me? It’s not my issue that their booking system is flawed it’s theirs!
