I've been using Iconic for over 2 years.
My usual hairdresser has left and I was seen today by Kayley.
I have the same short undercut style each visit. Kayley checked with me before starting exactly what I wanted, length etc, and throughout checked I was ok with what she was doing.
I was very pleased with the result.
