I had half head of highlights with Tori. She was really friendly, and listened to what I wanted with my hair - and it turned out amazing. Even gave me advice on how to keep the brassy tones out of my hair with which shampoo to use at home.
The lady who washed my hair and massaged my head was exceptional at massaging !
