Did not actually leave the salon with what I asked for. I was offered a coffee after being there over an hour but didn't actually get one. My hairdresser seemed to be busy sorting 2 clients at the same time (the other appearing to also not get what she asked for) . I will not be visiting again, they also push for you to have Olaplex (the hard sell) but it didn't make any difference at all, just added extra money to the bill. I left the salon with brown hair after asking for blonde highlights!
