The staffs are nice and friendly. However, I was not happy with my restyle haircut because some parts of my hair were cut too short, and now I need to use hairspray (firm) to make sure they are not sticking out on sides. I was not able to request to make any changes as there is no clearly ways to fix it given that those were already cut short and they cannot be hidden. It was very far from the style I asked.

I parlour is very warm and the staff is very helpful. The hair dresser was good for basic cut and style. Very helpful staff
