I was seen by a different professional. I had booked a simple haircut, nothing else. After it was done, I was offered a blowdry, which I said no and I even gave the reasons saying my hair was too frail and it was a very warm day, so I did not want a drier. I was told they were not do a blowdry but needed to dry to finalise the haircut. I've never heard about that but agreed. In the end, I was charged more than the double I have booked for a 'blowdry' I did not ask and said no and that was terriblymade
Really nice hairstylist, chatty, thorough. Had a bit of an issue at check-out though. I'd bought a wash & cut, but whilst my very fun hairstylist kept talking to me, he blow-dried my hair, too, without asking me /letting me know "you're going to be charged extra for this". He was aware of what type of Treatwell booking I'd made. When I went to pay, the lady started"ah, you had a blowdry too, so we need to charge extra". In the end I paid what my voucher said but felt uncomfortable in the process
