I had never visited Icon before but I'm so happy I chose it! The staff were super nice and Nancy was great, listening to what I wanted, advising me on what could work etc. She helped my bleach-broken ends and left my hair better than I could have hoped. Definitely recommend!
Nazi wasn't happy with my online pre-payment and told me to pay over £40, although on the website this treatment costs £20/30. She told the sweet hairdresser tending to me to not use the hairdryer at all, leaving my hair very wet. I won't be visiting Icon hairdressers again, I'm very disappointed.
