Was seen on time, shown to a clean treatment room. Process all explained, made to feel exceptionally comfortable; injections administered.
Was anticipating some pain but actually had none.
Was offered refreshments after and was able to ask any questions before I left.
All in all, a professional friendly unhurried service and would thoroughly recommend.
