She was really kind and patient! I told her about my issues with female androgenetic alopecia, and she was not only kind enough to suggest the best haircut I could get, she also used products to help my scalp, offered me a drink, a scalp massage, and gave me samples of the products she used on my hair to try at home. She was really knowledgeable and thorough, and she made my appointment a truly great, enjoyable experience.
