Technically a great manicure but very poor customer care. There was little to no atmosphere in the salon, I wasn't really welcomed, just told to sit. For 1.5 hours my manicurist worked in almost complete silence which left me feeling awkward. At the end of the manicure I was presented with the files that they had used and told that I had to pay extra for them (whether I wanted them or not). Such a shame as this could be a great salon but they really need to work on the customer experience.
