Place to go if you want a quick stop to sort nails out not if you want to have some "me" time and relax. Daniella was friendly and pleasant but wasn't the lady that actually did my nails. Technician who did do my nails was not friendly at all and had a bit of an attitude. However, my nails were done well.

Arrived to be told there was no appt for me as this venue no longer work with Treatwell. No apology at all, just “yeah I can see that booking on the app but it’s not a real booking”. I have paid. I have lost £15.
Told me to come back in an hour and they’d squeeze me in anyway.
I’m 9 months pregnant- waited an hour, came back, was told the lash removal formula would sting “so badly it will make you cry”. Said I knew this wasn’t normal. She said it was one of the best lash removers but it stings badly and always makes people cry.
Decided not to go ahead because that just isn’t normal AT ALL. Went elsewhere and had them gently removed with zero stinging.
She really wasn’t bothered. And suggested I should be grateful she had at least told me it would hurt badly!
