Had cluster eyelashes and it was very quick. Would use again for a night out but for.morr permanent I'd get the individuals. I was able to have an additional eye threading treatment which was done well. I don't like the fact that it is on the.floor of Westfield rather than a ship but would use again.

the staff was a bit off talking around me in different language. dont really pay attention at me if i was confortable or if everything was ok in the process. spend more than 1 hour in pain at my neck and back really uncomfortable the chairs and pay extra 15£ just to remove the rest of my old eyelashes that i explain by phone that i have to remove and they say is perfect fine and never inform me about extra payment till appointment. the final look was really fake when i ask to be the most natural possible. for this is better save money and buy the ones you can glue on
