I booked a brow waxing but was advised to do threading as well, I clearly told her I was sensitive to it. So I ended up with scars around my eyebrows. The woman was also quite rude, made uncomfortable comments about my appearance and background. And complained about me booking through Treatwell, cause apparently she pays a big commission. Overall, not a professional or pleasant experience. The salon needs better customer service training

Okay, so I was kinda dreading this appointment, but it ended up being great. Ami was my therapist and she was a total pro. She made me feel really comfortable, which is key. She used hot wax which I think made a huge difference. My skin is a little red now, but it's totally smooth, so it's worth it. Def recommend her
