Ami was one of the few kindest people I have met. She was so sweet and genuine. She surely knows how to make people feel at ease when the situation is tense. During the Christmas eve, due to an issues with my phone glitch she still accomodated which was a big challenge. Her service was exceptional as well and not just rushing in.
