Both times I have visited Ami she has been thorough and precise in her threading and waxing. The brow pinching at the end of a nice touch. Ami herself is super friendly and professional. She does work in a small, no frills room at the back of the hairdressers. Not a problem for me as the quality of the treatments outweighs the setting, but I know this may matter for some.
