The staff that performed the service were were lovely and attentive.
The salon itself, is absolutely filthy. I can’t believe the state things were in especially with what’s going on with the pandemic. The owner who was standing around staring at customers getting work done should have picked up some rags and wipe down his salon surfaces. Floor hasn’t seen a mop in ages. Everything was covered in dust and marks. There were cobwebs everywhere. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate like this and his staff deserve a better environment.

I like Anh because she makes you feel no pain and the hygiene measures because of Covid are good but the waxing area is pretty poorly cleaned (messy and sticky floor) and I actually still have so much hair left (long) after the Brazilian.
