Overall pretty disappointed. I had to wait half an hour for my booked treatment (which was ok as I understand was really busy! So initially I was fine with it, and understood under the circumstances) however, my manicure was really rushed due to them running late. The lady was running from me and another lady throughout my treatment. But worst of all, my gel manicure was done so poorly, 4 of my nails chipped the next day. This was without doing anything strenuous or soaking in any kind of water
