Let me begin by expressing that while this isn’t the first occurrence, my patience has worn thin with the lack of professionalism at the salon. Despite consistent price increases to keep up with inflation, the quality of service has declined. Despite paying for a shellac manicure meant to last 2-3 weeks, three nails chipped just two days later. Anu’s explanation that “shellac can chip if using hands” is unacceptable & then she ignored me. Unprofessional, terrible quality, don’t recommend.
