The staff was friendly and the girl that did my waxing as well. What happend is that I realised when I got home that I still had many hair on both my thighs, so I will still needed to finish it at home with my epilator. In the underwarm my problem was that I had deodorant on (my appointment was at lunch time) and I wished she had cleaned the area before starting to wax (as all my beauticians usually do) as my skin got really sensative with the shaving on top of my skin with deodorant on it. I also needed to ask her to put some moisturising cream on the legs and underwarm after the waxing. I thought this was mandatory after any waxing as the skin is very sensitive and the cream helps to calm down the skin. I would love to give a better review as I liked the location and the value of the services but unfortunally I was not a huge fan of the result, mainly when I still needed to do the unfishined shave myself.

I got a regular manicure and a luxury pedicure.
The staff is nice and friendly, and they even offered me coffee when I got there!
Manicure was nice and quick, can't complain for 10£!
Luxury Pedicure: they do a nice scrub that leaves your skin nice and soft, and a foot massage - which is great! But the nail polish itself was just not great and left messy.
All in all a decent value for money, but not sure I would go back to get a messy nail finish :(
