Therapist cut into the skin of my toe instead of cuticle and didn’t even apologise. Had to ask for them to clean the blood away - ended up going home and getting out the disinfectant and a plaster, making a pedicure pointless as my toe was wrapped in a plaster for the first two days of my holiday.
