Staff are very friendly every time I visit this salon. The massage is very relaxing and well worth the money. I have returned to have a massage a couple of times and would definitely recommend to anyone.
Before it was better, but this time looked like a girl was hurry, to much hurts. She hed not removed enough hair, it didn't look carefully. I hope next time will be fine.
The venue is much seedier than it appears in the photos but it seemed clean and nice enough. However, no soothing music was played in the room to distract you and no paper knickers were offered to make the experience a little less embarrassing. Which was fine for me, but maybe not so great for somebody a little more shy. The waxing process hurt a lot more than I remember it doing anywhere else and a lot of blobby bits of wax were left all over and sensitive areas were left sore and red. The strip of hair left is also a little wonky and there are quite a few straggly hairs remaining elsewhere which I've realised since leaving! The staff were nice but there was a bit of a language barrier, so that made things a little more awkward than I'd have liked. All together quite a horrible experience and I won't be returning. I'm just glad it only cost £11! If I'd paid the full £25 I would not be happy at all.

Nice little salon. I have been here several times now and the staff are always friendly. The treatments are good value for money not overpriced.
It was my first time going to iBar. I had chosen it because of the good reviews. The first thing I had noticed was that the girl who did my waxing stayed in the room whilst I removed my clothing. I felt quite uncomfortable. The waxing had started off well but then the wax was too hot and I found myself telling her many times that it's too hot. The worst part was that she would wax the same spot over and over and that was the most painful. She kept at it even when I said to her that it hurts. I should have stopped her but I thought I'd just get on with it thinking it'll be over soon. She wasn't very talkative and came across a little judgemental. It was all over in 15 minutes (as opposed to the allocated 30mins) and she had left patches unwaxed. Overall, I left feeling extremely unhappy and in a lot of pain. It's been a number of days since I had my wax and I'm still sore.
