I recently had my very first back wax at Ian John Treatments, and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to waxing! From the moment I walked in, Ian made me feel completely at ease. The environment is clean, calm, and welcoming , perfect for anyone feeling a bit nervous about trying something new.
Ian is incredibly professional. He explained the process step-by-step, checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable, and used top-quality products. Would highly recommend!
