Ian is a true professional and made me feel totally at ease while he carried out the treatments ... I was expecting it to be very painful but was pleasantly surprised that whilst mildly uncomfortable it was okay but this was down to the expert way in which Ian worked Happy to say I will return again in 4 weeks
