Great listener, understanding, no time wasting, a perfectionist. In the interest of time, I encouraged a minor short-cut, but Ian declined. He wanted to provide a top-notch service, which he did. Personable. I'd actually been visiting another person for years. She was on holiday so I thought I'd give Ian a try on the one occasion. But I'll definitely be returning to Ian, always. He such a lovely gentleman.
