Ian has been doing my hair for a while now and I must say he is just incredible. He puts you at ease from the moment you set foot in the salon, to the very second he holds up that mirror to enjoy the finished product. He will talk to you about your hair condition and make suggestions as to how best to take care and maintain it, depending on the type of treatment you have had. He's friendly and not pushy, he's chatty and actively listens, he really is the best!
