I have always gone to Ian as I had a strict aversion to hair salons. I didn't start going until in my 50's. He has been patient, supportive and shows an understanding of the "fear issue" I have moved out of the area now but still travel nearly two hours each way to get my hair done. His skills are brilliant and I always feel amazing after my appointment.
