I would never go to anyone else. He will always asks what you want BEFORE you start. It's always a joint discussion on what you want and what is possible given the condition of your hair. Ian is a real professional and provides you with advice and guidance for you to make your choice. He is calm and reassuring for me. He understands people and their needs, He won't give you the hard sell to buy products either!

Ian came to the rescue after an inexperienced hairstylist bleached my hair and left it an unflattering colour. He corrected it with impeccable judgement, professionalism and attention to detail, leaving it looking exactly the way I wanted. Ian has been cutting and colouring my hair for years - I highly recommend his work.
