If you want to have a nice chat you should go, the owner is lovely and a very interesting person, but let me tell you that the experience overall makes me not want to go again. When I arrived right on time for my appointment, I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to even talk to me after I was told to sit on a chair. The hairdresser that was treating my hair... dropped the comb, on which there was keratin, picked it up and USED IT ON MY HAIR AGAIN. I was speechless.

I have been going for many years and I am really satisfied with the experience. I like to try out different colours now that I have salt and pepper hair and have enjoyed the experience and Lanas experience to give me something which is suitable.
Hoping the covid rules are lifted and things get back to normal.
