I normally go to Megan, but I got my colour done, the toner and rest of my hair is fine, but my roots are still yellow, I feel my hair wasn't sectioned enough,and I had no cap to keep the heat in and don't think it was processed enough, also my hair was cut way too short, it's taken a long time to grow my hair out and now I'm back to square one. I was too anxious and scared to say at the time, sorry x
