My colour with Abby was a month overdue as I had been really unwell. My hair is really long, but fine in texture. Abby always gets my colour spot on and I know that isn't easy! As my hair is fine it always lightens up within the first 10 days or so, and Abby takes that into account when she's mixing colours.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Abby as a stylist, or the salon in general. They're all lovely and great at what they do.
