Booked a mani for my daughter and a pedi for myself. The lady that did them was nice, but it wasn’t Rashmita who I had booked with. She didn’t turn up until around 15 minutes before we left which I feel was very poor. The lady who did the pedi nipped the cuticles so fast and hard, it made my toes bleed. It was so cold in the salon - around 14/15 degrees (not a safe level) - no heating on and I was so cold when we left. Wasn’t offered a drink to help keep warm. Very disappointed to be honest
