Treatment consisted of a cream/gel rubbed into the required area and then wrapped and plastic wrapped around the area and placed on heated bed

I really enjoyed my first visit to i shape. Rachel made me feel really relaxed about the treatment she explained all about how it worked and the aftercare to get best results from the body balancer. Rachel was really down to earth and made me feel really comfortable throughout. I'm looking forward to visiting again :)
