I have had the lymphatic drainage with Rachel a few times now. I instantly feel less bloated and it definitely helps when I am due to fly, I no longer get the build up of trapped wind and bloated feet and tummy. Rachel really puts me at ease, is easy to talk to and considerate to my needs.
