Once again another great treatment! I have put on a lot of weight over lockdown which made me feel very self conscious but Rachel but me at ease straight away and made me feel comfortable. As always Rachel is very professional! Loved the treatment, what’s great is that not only do I know it’s helping me to loose weight but I also enjoy the time to relax, chill out & have some time to switch off too! I’m back in the zone, see you next week!
