I was a bit nervous about all this as it was my first time and did not know what to expect but Ioanna was warm and welcoming and took time to explain everything in detail as to how things worked and what was going to happen I then felt more comfortable. The lymphatic massage was a real treat and I felt veery relaxed afterwards. I will certainly be going again

I’ve not had a massage before due to anxiety of people touching me but i needed some help with pregnancy pains. Ioanna asked me how I was feeling and I explained how insecure I was about my body after eating disorders and she said to me “we are more than our bodies”. That comment has not left my head since she said it. The massage was brilliant, I didn’t fall asleep but I also didn’t feel awake. I have not felt that good in ages. The tea at the end was the icing on the cake.Thanks Ioanna!
