Ioanna was lovely and welcoming. Had a great facial by her! Looking forward to booking in with her again. The venue is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible bathroom. I will say the terrain on the pavement outside the build itself is quite tired though, and takes a bit of skill to navigate.
