I would encourage people to ring the salon to see if she’s running on time ! My first time at the salon and my hair was cut much shorter than I would have liked it. As it was being hacked off from the back near my crown I was too worried to tell her to stop as it would just be left uneven. I’m left with half my hair hacked off and short strands near my crown which is not ideal for my hair texture. Appreciate it’s not always easy to know what a new customer is used to but I regret going to getting my hair cut and wish I’d waited for my regular hair stylist. Blow dry etc was good and salon was very Covid friendly however. Unfortunately just not the hair cut I wanted.
