So happy I found this place! I’m very pleased with my haircut (trim and re-layering). The shampoo and products smell fantastic and made my hair so soft. With COVID times, she’s kept it very clean and follows all the right procedures, incl spraying down the chair after every use. I felt at ease the whole time. Also, I don’t usually like to talk while getting my haircut and she didn’t expect me to at all which for me is a big deal. Very happy I came here and will 100% be coming back. Thank you!!

Irene has a problem with time management & customer service. She had overbooked & as a result left me waiting 1hr and a half after which I had to leave for an event with unwashed & uncut hair. When I arrived she said she was only 30 mins behind but clearly that was a lie. I would've appreciated the honesty & a call prior so I could have rescheduled. Very stressful experience. Will not return. She agreed to refund me but I have still not received my refund even after chasing up via email.

Irena has done a great job on my hair. I love my highlights, the cut and the blowdry. It was a very hectic day for her that afternoon so there was quite a delay but I was not in a rush and had a lovely treatment put on my hair during one of my waiting periods. First week after lockdown so it's understandable there will be peak busy times.
