Absolutely great experience! I was very nervous about cutting my hair short but Irena walked me through exactly what she'd be doing and I could see throughout the whole process that she worked with great skill compared to other salons I've visited. At the end she was nice enough to even style my hair in waves for me. Will only be going back to her from now on
