Left salon in tears. Irena was rude unprofessional and intimidating. My appointment was late by 30 min, she said is not her fault other clients is late, instead of apologising. I asked for wavy blow dry, but she dried my hair dead straight. She wanted to do the waves with straightener to which I said no, as I asked for blow dry. She said not one hairdresser could do waves with hairdryer! She went back to try and create waves but it was too late as my hair was dried already. Horrible experience.

I really enjoyed my visit. Irena is great and very skilled. I was torn whether or not to get a fringe and Irena advised me well, taking my hair structure into account. I followed her advice and got a fringe. And I absolutely love it! She also gave me hair care tips for my specific hair and styling problems. I'm really satisfied with the hair cut and would thoroughly recommend Irena. I'll definitely get my next hair cut here.
