Irena was amazing. She went out of her way to make my visit to the salon a good one and that I left happy with my hair cut. She went the extra mile blow drying my hair and at all times made me feel an important client. I was very happy with my hair cut and the price reasonable. Previous I paid way too much for a hair cut that proved not that great once my hair started to grow. Thank you - I will be back.

Shocking customer service. Unpleasant atmosphere from the moment I stepped into the salon. Did not feel as if the hairdresser wished to listen to their clients and was very defensive and argumentative when they were not happy with the end product. I was tempted to leave the salon due to the negative atmosphere on arrival at the salon. Will not be returning to the salon. The haircut itself was really high quality it is just a shame that the customer service was so poor.
