Shocking customer service. Unpleasant atmosphere from the moment I stepped into the salon. Did not feel as if the hairdresser wished to listen to their clients and was very defensive and argumentative when they were not happy with the end product. I was tempted to leave the salon due to the negative atmosphere on arrival at the salon. Will not be returning to the salon. The haircut itself was really high quality it is just a shame that the customer service was so poor.
