This was the weirdest experience ever. From the very start to the finish. From commenting on how thick my hair was, and that I should have emailed her to let her know to questioning my honesty about my previous coloring do. All in all, it ended with her making me feel very uncomfortable, as she questioned whether I was tense as I talked loudly and if I had any issues. Then she wondered if that's because of my temperament or because I was angry at her. Weird, weird,weird!

Irena was amazing! Went above and beyond my expectations. I’ve never come back from the hairdressers extremely satisfied before this. Got a haircut and balayage done and couldn’t have asked for a better result. Will definitely be a returning customer!
