My usual hairdresser (at a different salon) usually easily gives me a nice smooth blow dry with a bit of bounce and movement, using a large round brush and hairdryer. The hairdresser at I&M struggled. She said my Brazilian blow dry made it difficult (not an issue for my usual hairdresser). She started by back combing my hair at the roots then took forever doing the rest. I went home after and had to wash it out and re do myself. Nice lady but poor blow dry.

Really lovely lady with brilliant knowledge and skills when it comes to hair care, treatment and cuts. Goes above and beyond in terms of advice and guidance. She’s also very grounded, fun to chat to and seems like an overall very kind lady! Will definitely be back!
