Staff were friendly and keen to help. However, as a first time to getting my nails done I felt rushed into having gel nails without fully knowing what they would look like. Really I think shellac was more what I was looking for. The staff felt that gel would be better as I was getting married but the finish was not what I was not what I had hoped.
I am sure that if I had known what I wanted the experience would have been better.
