My appointment was randomly rescheduled from the morning to the afternoon with no explanation. I arrived on time at 2.15pm when my appointment was supposed to be but noticed they had just started on someone else’s nails. ended up waiting 45 minutes to have my pedicure. No apologies or updates.Then she questioned how much I had paid, I prepaid on the app. Anyway the pedicure was fine but a bit rushed, spent about 30 mins as new customers came in. Good for walk ins but don’t go if you prebook.

Tina really took time on my nails and they look lovely, best manicure I've had in the area. It would have been nice if they had some music or the radio playing, it was very quiet!

When I arrived one of the other customers was eating a KFC while having g a pedicure that smelled gross. The salon was a bit of a mess and I had to wait ten minutes. They did apologise for the delay. I had a guy do my nails and I don’t think that was Tina. The original shape he showed me looked good but the final shape isn’t really what I wanted. Disappointed. Don’t think I’ll be going back.
