My first time at this venue, the experience was fine and the salon was clean and lively, staff were lovely. Only issue was that I got a fresh BIAB set (which I’ve had before at different salons with no problems) and had a real issue with chipping/lifting. After only 2 weeks I had lost 4 nails due to lifting at the base when previously I’ve had them last up to 5 weeks. Not sure if it’s the method used or the tech was in a rush but I don’t think I’d get BIAB done here again unfortunately :(
