I booked 2 pedicures - 1 for me and one for my sister. Both were great but I gave 1 4 stars and the other 5 as I felt that my therapist offered much more than my sister's and therefore needed that extra recognition. I was offered the massage chair, a drink and to soak my feet for longer while I waited for my therapist while my pregnant sister wasn't offered the massage chair or a drink - just the difference between mine being 5 star and hers being 4 star. We were both really happy.
